Cathedral Kitchen is the largest emergency food provider in Camden, NJ, servicing more than 100,000 meals a year. They work diligently within the community to combat food insecurity. Choosing to visit Cathedral Kitchen for a meal, you won’t find a “soup line” with volunteers adding food to your tray. Instead, you’re met with smiling faces and someone to help you find a seat for dinner. Before you know it, a server delivers you a hot meal to your table, restaurant style. All food served is cooked on premises.
Throughout the pandemic, Cathedral Kitchen has remained open and continued to serve hot meals to hundreds of people each day. During a time of incredible isolation and uncertainty, they have provided an opportunity to be a part of a community. Cathedral Kitchen has an unwavering commitment to improving the well-being of Camden.
That's why JAWNAROO is thrilled to give back to Cathedral Kitchen during our 2022 Arts & Music Festival. We will be raffling several pieces of art at JAWNAROO, with all proceeds benefiting Cathedral Kitchen.
